Q : How does your website work?

Nina Bali Villas provides discounted Villa & Hotel accommodation online. Reservations are confirmed online and sent electronically to our reservation team within seconds of approved payment. Our reservation team then contacts the accommodation provider to confirm the booking. Our reservation team will confirm your payment and avaliability within 24 hours.

Q : Will my personal information be kept confidential?

Yes, we do not divulge any information to anyone except the minimum necessary for the Bank to process your booking. For more information, see our terms and conditions .

Q : Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, To eliminate the possibility of unlawful interception on the Internet Your credit card details are processed using a secure 256-bit encryption method.

Q : Is my reservation guaranteed?

Upon making a formal booking including cleared payment, we will send you a booking confirmation within 24 hours. When you receive this email confirmation you can be sure your reservation is guranteed.

Q : Does the hotel receive my booking immediately?

Yes, we recieve your booking details electronically to our system as soon as the credit card transaction is approved by our bank .

Q : What if I need to cancel my booking?

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may want to cancel your reservation.

Each individual accommodation has their own unique Cancellation Policy. The accommodation cancellation policy is stated in the individual property reservation page. Please carefully check the appropriate cancellation policy as stated in the individual accommodation listing description before making your booking.

If an unforseable event happens and you need to cancel your reservation, here's what to do :

  1. Check the cancellation policy for the accommodation that has been published on the website to see if they will allow you to cancel your reservation . You will also find it printed on your booking confirmation email .

  2. Contact our Customer Service Centre info@Nina Bali Villas to have canceled the reservation and please have your Booking Confirmation Number ready.

  3. We will send you an email to confirm the cancellation.
    Remember that you can contact us Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. An after hours contact is avaliable on your booking voucher.

Q : What if I want to change my booking date?

The same policy for cancellation is used to determine restrictions and penalties about to change your booking date. So once again, it is important to check the policy before you book, especially if you think there is a chance you may need to change your reservation. You will find policies on the same page as the accommodation description. Remember that where you have booked can change their rates at any time on our website, so that new dates you want to stay now may be more ( or less ) expensive than your date originally booked.

If you think you need to change the date your booking, here's what to do :

  1. Check accommodation booking policy has been published on the website to see if they will allow you to change your reservation. You will also find it printed on your booking confirmation email .

  2. Contact our Customer Service Centre at info@Nina Bali Villas and have your Booking Confirmation Number ready .

  3. We will send you an email to confirm your booking change.
    Remember that you can contact us Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. An after hours contact is provided on your booking confirmation email.
